Mr. Patrick M. Smith SR, ISA AM, MSA, MPPA, CAGA is a Master Personal Property and a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.

In 2008, he was awarded the National Association of Master Appraisers’ highest designation, Master Senior Appraiser.

ISA - International Society of Appraisers - Accredited MemberDuring October 2012, Mr. Smith earned the coveted Master Personal Property Appraiser designation from the National Association of Auctioneers. Also in 2012, Mr. Smith was awarded the CAGA designation, Certified Personal Property Appraiser from the Certified Appraisers Guild of America.

In 2016, Mr. Smith earned the ISA AM accredited member designation from the International Society of Appraisers.

The class Mr. Smith wrote, “Deconstruction, the Green Alternative to Demolition,” has been approved by the National Association of Realtors for continuing education in: Virginia and New Jersey. Approval is pending in Maryland and New York. His ability to effectively research and utilize sound judgment when conducting complex valuations and personal property appraisals has rewarded him with the respect of his peers.

With the unique combination of advanced designations for both Personal Property and Residential Real Estate along with his diversified valuation experience, Mr. Smith is well qualified to perform complex deconstruction appraisals. Mr. Smith is admitted to practice in front of the IRS for the Non-Cash Charitable Contribution Program.
